Qualifications

• High school diploma and some college course completion required.
• Excellent sales, communication and customer service skills.
• Must pass testing requirements including gym tours and inquiries.
• Ability to achieve acceptable levels of sales units monthly.
• Understanding of Gold’s Gym's membership sales systems.
• Basic computer skills are essential.
• Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell memberships to potential new members.
• Generate sales through outreach and promotions.
• Follow up on all prospects using established sales systems.
• Establish and maintain a community referral program.
• Maintain a positive relationship with all staff.
