Job summary

Mediabirds, Netherlands-based, is seeking an online marketer with at least 1 year of experience to join our team. You will be the go-to sparring partner for clients, translating ambitions into concrete plans and driving continuous improvement of campaigns.

Expect a mix of strategy, client contact and hands-on execution. You’ll work with SEO, SEA, CRO, social advertising and email marketing specialists, and collaborate with designers and developers to deliver optimal client outcomes.

Online MarketerAre you an online marketer with a passion for strategy and growth? Do you enjoy collaborating with clients, identifying opportunities and working together to build their success? Then this is your chance. Mediabirds is looking for a marketer (with at least 1 year’s experience) to join our team.

What will you be doing?

As an online marketer at Mediabirds, you’ll be the go-to sparring partner for your clients. You’ll contribute strategic insights into their online growth, translate ambitions into concrete plans and ensure that campaigns and marketing activities are continuously improved. You’ll switch effortlessly between strategy, client contact and execution. You’ll be working alongside marketers with expertise in SEO, SEA, CRO, social advertising and email marketing. What expertise do you bring to the role?

Some of your future responsibilities:

• You’ll be responsible for your own client portfolio: from strategy to execution
• You’ll proactively contribute ideas on growth opportunities, campaigns and optimisations
• You will develop and monitor marketing plans that align with the client’s objectives
• You’ll set up campaigns via Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, and continuously optimise them
• You’ll contribute ideas on the structure and further development of websites, ensuring the customer journey is as logical and conversion-focused as possible
• You create and manage content for social media
• You discuss results with clients and translate insights into concrete next steps
• You’ll collaborate with designers, developers and other marketers to achieve the best possible results for clients

Who are we looking for?

• At least 1 year’s experience as an online marketer
• You think strategically and know how to translate marketing objectives into concrete actions
• You have some experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads. Haven’t worked with all the platforms yet? No problem - we’ll help you develop your skills in this area.
• You enjoy advising clients and building relationships
• You’re proactive, independent and a strong communicator
• You enjoy variety, taking on responsibility and working as part of a team
