Een digitaal innovatiebureau in Nederland zoekt een Medior/Senior 3D Creative om fotorealistische 3D-visualisaties en productrenders te maken met 3ds Max. Je zult ook aan interactieve configuratoren werken en AI-tools inzetten voor workflows. De ideale kandidaat heeft minimaal 3 jaar ervaring, een scherp oog voor detail en is proactief. Het bureau biedt een salaris tussen de EUR 3.000 en 4.500 bruto per maand, een vast dienstverband en de nieuwste technologieën.

Door: Edwin van het Bolscher , 16 maart 2026 Weert - THE REAL MAG. is The Digital Innovation Agency (English Below). Wij bouwen fotorealistische 3D-configuratoren, productvisualisaties en AI-gedreven tools voor merken als Mosa, Sekisui, BMN Home, Komatsu, Nubikk en Bosch.

Ons wapen? Eigen server-side rendering technologie, gecombineerd met AI-pipelines die productie versnellen. We zijn een klein, gespecialiseerd team dat werkt op het snijvlak van 3D, web en AI. Vacatures bij ons zijn er bijna nooit - dit is er een.

Wat ga je doen?

• Fotorealistische 3D-visualisaties en productrenders bouwen in 3ds Max
• Werken aan interactieve configuratoren met onze server-side rendering pipeline
• 3D-modellen optimaliseren voor real-time en web
• Meedenken over technische oplossingen en creatieve concepten
• AI-tools inzetten om workflows te versnellen
• Samenwerken met internationale klanten aan high‑end projecten
