Job summary

Haskoning is seeking a Medior Mechanical Engineer to contribute to building-related installations and integrated project design, with a strong focus on Revit and BIM coordination. You will develop, validate, and optimize installation concepts within multidisciplinary teams across diverse projects.

You will advise on design choices, model systems, and ensure they can be built as per the model, while coordinating with engineers, contractors and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience.
• Academic degree in mechanical engineering, building services, energy technology or HIT-W.
• Knowledge of integrated projects (Revit & BIM).
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify the scope and purpose of a design.
• Model mechanical installation diagrams and coordinate with other disciplines for space reservations.
• Provide project documentation ensuring quality information flow for contractors and regulators.
• Write technical specifications and reports.
• Review contractor prequalifications and prepare tender evaluations.
• Assist Project Manager with cost and risk assessments.
• Contribute to large tenders and prepare quotations.
