The role leads the NL MSL team, shapes scientific narratives, and ensures high-quality compliant scientific exchange. Based in Hoofddorp, this full-time position focuses on strategic medical leadership within the Central European Cluster.

Qualifications

• Advanced medical or scientific degree required.
• Experience leading medical affairs strategy and field medical teams.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of regulatory and ethical frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the local medical strategy aligned with global and regional plans.
• Lead and develop the NL MSL team, setting objectives and development plans.
• Provide medical leadership for launch readiness and lifecycle management.
• Build external scientific partnerships with KOLs and scientific societies.
• Represent Medical in boards, congresses and scientific forums.
• Support evidence generation activities (Phase IV, RWE, registries).
• Oversee medical education, training and materials creation.
• Ensure activities comply with regulatory and company standards.
