Are you ready to make a global impact in medical device development? As a MDCP Engineer in Device Development & Technology (DD&T), you will drive innovative medical devices and combination products through development, qualification, commercialization, and long-term sustainment. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, Procurement, and external suppliers to drive innovation, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across a global product portfolio.
As a Medical Device & Combination Product (MDCP) Engineer, you will support the development, technology transfer, commercialization, and lifecycle management of medical devices and combination products, with a particular focus on autoinjectors, pre-filled syringes, and co-packed products. You will apply your expertise in design controls, device risk management, process development, process validation, and automation to solve complex technical challenges and support compliant manufacturing operations. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and effective communication with a broad range of stakeholders. You will work independently on defined projects while collaborating with global and site-based teams to drive investigations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives. Key stakeholders include packaging technology teams, quality organizations, manufacturing operations, product development, regulatory affairs, procurement, and external suppliers.
