Job summary

Synchron Lab Automation is seeking an Assembly Technician in the Netherlands to assemble, test, and adjust machines and panels according to wiring schematics and drawings. You will collaborate with engineers to ensure quality and resolve deviations promptly, while maintaining materials and stock levels.

Core duties include building frames, wiring control panels, and validating sensor and PLC system operation, with 40-hour weeks and a gross salary of €2,800–€3,400.monthly, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• A minimum of MBO Level 4 in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• A BBL work-study apprenticeship is also an option.
• Experience with machine assembly, panel building, or commissioning PLC systems is an advantage.
• A proactive, independent working attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in Dutch are essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assembly (80%): collect components, assemble frames, perform minor metalworking, build and wire electrical control panels, test wiring and panels, verify sensors and I/O signals.
• Service Support (20%): perform maintenance and repair on systems, refurbish customer equipment in workshop.
