Job summary

Demcon production is building a new standalone assembly and test location for machine and device construction. As a Service & Test Engineer you ensure the proven operation of subsystems and full systems according to specs, at both the production site and with customers.

You will write and execute test procedures, develop or adjust test software, and create test setups. You’ll troubleshoot, analyze failures, and drive design improvements to enhance testability and service-friendliness.

Qualifications

• HBO level education in mechatronics, software, or electronics or equivalent hands-on testengineering.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical and software components in industrial systems.
• Experience with test software and PLC platforms such as Beckhoff or similar.

Responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute test procedures for modules and complete systems per specification and test plan.
• Develop and adjust test software and specify test setups for production and FAT/PAT.
• Perform functional tests and commissioning at customers, including troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
