Job summary

G2 Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Technician for a permanent role in the Amsterdam area. Start ASAP with a salary of €3,500–€4,200 per month plus an 8% package. Benefits include 27 days annual leave, 13 ADV days, pension and travel allowance.

Location: Amsterdam area, Netherlands. The role focuses on mechanical assembly and manufacturing with emphasis on hydraulic systems, generators/engines and cooling systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical assembly/manufacturing environments is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, automotive or defense sectors is advantageous.
• Strong hands-on approach and enthusiasm for assembling engineering packages.
• Experience with hydraulic systems, generators or cooling systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Work on mechanical assembly and manufacturing focusing on hydraulic systems, generators/engines and cooling systems.
• Operate from technical drawings and coordinate with engineering teams.
• Contribute to fast-growing project pipelines in a permanent role.
