Job summary

TMC is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer to bridge design and manufacturing, turning concepts into repeatable, scalable production. You’ll optimize assembly processes, improve reliability, and collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams.

You will translate designs into manufacturable production solutions, reduce waste and deviations, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across projects and production environments in a dynamic manufacturing setting.
