Job summary

Manpower in Terneuzen is seeking several full-time mechanical maintenance technicians to support production. You will diagnose malfunctions, calibrate equipment, perform preventive maintenance, check dimensions, and install parts.

A Dutch work permit or EU nationality is required, with a minimum of MBO-4 in a technical field, and 40 hours per week availability. VCA VOL certification is required or obtainable via Manpower. Onboarding includes a VOG check and potential contract takeover.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to support production.
• Calibrate and align equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Check component dimensions and install parts as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance tasks with planners for efficient scheduling.
• Test, measure, and repair controls and instruments with pneumatics/electrics.
• Document failure analyses and contribute to reliability improvements.
