You work in a modern production environment where technology, quality, and collaboration are central. Thanks to your craftsmanship, our installations function reliably and safely before being handed over to the testing department and ultimately to our customers.

Why is this role interesting for you?

In this position, you see the direct results of your work. You do not build standard products, but work on unique customer-specific machines where electrical engineering, automation, and process technology come together.

You are given a lot of responsibility within the assembly process and work closely with colleagues from Engineering, Testing, and Service. In addition, you are given plenty of room to suggest improvements and further develop yourself within a technical high-tech environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Wiring, assembling, and finalizing control cabinets and machine installations based on electrical schematics and drawings.
  • Collecting, checking, and assembling electrical components.
  • Testing and checking your own work and that of direct colleagues according to the four-eyes principle.
  • Assisting with I/O tests and functional checks of installations.
  • Identifying deviations and contributing ideas for technical improvements and optimizations.
  • Supporting the Service department with electrotechnical issues.
  • Collaborating with Engineering on technical changes or improvements.
  • Ensuring a safe, tidy, and organized workplace.

Who will you be working with?

You will be part of an experienced and committed production team. In addition, you will regularly collaborate with colleagues from Engineering, Testing, and Service. Through this collaboration, you will be closely involved in the entire construction process of our machines, from assembly to final testing.

What do you bring?

  • MBO-4 working and thinking level in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar. Experience reading electrical schematics.
  • Preferably experience in machine building, panel building, or industrial installations.
  • Good command of the Dutch language and preferably also the English language.
  • A precise and quality-oriented work attitude.
  • Solution-oriented thinking and the ability to work independently.
  • Interest in technology and continuous improvement.
  • Residing within a 50 km radius of De Meern, Utrecht.

What do we offer you?

  • An informal, technical work environment with short lines of communication.
  • A lot of freedom and responsibility.
  • An immediate one-year contract, with the prospect of permanent employment.
  • A salary in which you can grow to €4,500 gross per month (full-time), depending on your experience, technical knowledge, and contribution to the team.
  • A solid pension scheme (PMT) in accordance with the Metalworking Industry Collective Labour Agreement.
  • Opportunities for personal development and training.
  • A fully equipped gym, right at the office. Want to work out before your day starts or after work? You decide.
