Heavy Machinery · Dordrecht/Breda regio · Unique custom solutions from concept to delivery · €3,300 – €5,500 gross p/m
Would you like to develop technical solutions that become reality on the workshop floor within just a few months? As a Project Engineer Mechanical Engineering, you will design heavy-duty custom machinery and tools for industries including offshore, shipbuilding and energy. You will combine conceptual thinking with 3D design, strength calculations and hands‑on engineering. You will also be given considerable responsibility: on smaller projects, you can manage the entire process from the initial sketch through to final delivery on site.
You will join a no-nonsense engineering company that develops and builds heavy-duty mechanical tools and equipment. Its solutions are used in industries including crane construction, marine engineering, dredging, energy and foundation technology. With around 40 colleagues, the organisation is small enough to move quickly while offering technically challenging projects. Depending on the size of the project, between one and five engineers work together. The culture is practical and entrepreneurial: you will work alongside engineers who enjoy seeing their designs become reality on the workshop floor.
Can’t tick every box, but still recognise yourself in this role? We would still be happy to receive your application!
