Job summary

Continu Professionals in Nijmegen zoekt een Measurement Technician die werkt met geavanceerde meet- en testmethoden in een technische werkplaats en/of cleanroom. Je draagt zorg dat producten pas vertrekken na aantoonbare kwaliteitscontrole en voert heliumlektesten, druktesten en andere metingen uit aan hoogwaardige gas- en vloeistofsystemen.

Je start mogelijk als Junior, Medior of Senior en ontwikkelt je technische expertise verder met specialistisch equipment en verbeteringen in het

Qualifications

• MBO-level technische opleiding of equivalente werkervaring.
• Accuraat, systematisch en kwaliteitsgericht.
• Kunnen lezen en interpreteren van tekeningen, werkinstructies en handleidingen.
• Affiniteit met meet- en testtechnologie en werken met specialistische apparatuur.
• Ervaring met kwaliteitsmetingen / helium leak testing / druktesten is een voordeel.
• Kennis van gassen, vloeistoffen en materialen in high-tech omgevingen is een voordeel.
• Bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken.
• Prettig werken in technische werkplaats en/of cleanroom.

Responsibilities

• Uitvoeren van testen en documenteren van resultaten.
• Lezen van technische tekeningen en handleidingen.
• Bij afwijkingen onderzoeken en analyseren van mogelijke oorzaken.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Functieomschrijving

Are you someone who is only satisfied when you know for sure that something is truly right? Do you enjoy technology, precision measurement and working with specialist equipment? As a Measurement Technician, you play an important role in the quality control of high-quality gas and liquid distribution systems. You make sure products only leave the workshop once they have demonstrably met the required quality standards.

In this role, you will work with a range of advanced measurement and testing methods, including helium leak testing, pressure testing, particle measurements and residual gas analysis (RGA). You will read technical drawings and manuals, perform tests and carefully document the results. If something doesn't go according to plan, you don't simply move on. You investigate the deviation, analyse the possible cause and actively think about the best solution.

You will work in a technical workshop and/or cleanroom, where precision and quality are essential. Depending on your knowledge and experience, you can start as a Junior, Medior or Senior Measurement Technician. This gives you the opportunity to continuously develop your technical expertise – from performing standard measurements to managing measurement equipment, analysing returned defective products and contributing to improvements in the production process.

What You Bring

• You have MBO-level technical education or equivalent working experience, preferably in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering or a similar technical field.
• You work accurately, systematically and with a strong focus on quality.
• You are able to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions and manuals.
• You have an affinity with measurement and testing technology and enjoy working with specialist equipment.
• Experience with quality measurements, helium leak testing, pressure testing or other testing and measurement equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of gases, liquids and materials used in industries such as the semiconductor or high-tech industry is an advantage.
• You are willing to work in a 2-shift system.
• You feel comfortable working in a technical workshop and/or cleanroom environment, where high standards for quality and precision apply.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

What We Offer

• A gross monthly salary of €3,000 to €3,300, based on a 38-hour working week.
• 17% shift allowance on top of your salary for working in a 2-shift system.
• One week you will work the early shift from 06:00 to 14:30, followed by the late shift from 14:30 to 23:00 the following week.
