Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an operator.
• Energetic, with technical insight and quality awareness.
• Willing to work shifts; able to communicate in English or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Operate the extruder and assist in the pre-mix of raw materials.
• Manage logistics to and from the extruders.
• Support post-processing and packing of masterbatches.
• Maintain and clean machines to ensure smooth production.
• Work in a three-shift operation (06:00–14:30 / 13:30–22:00).
