Loop Earplugs is seeking a Marketplace Lead to own execution across Amazon and other marketplaces, driving discoverability, conversion, and commercial performance. You will manage listings, optimize content, and use data to inform tests and optimizations.
Amsterdam or Antwerp-based role requiring at least 3 years of hands-on marketplace experience, including Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central, with strong English proficiency.
Work that cuts through the noise? Hear us out.
This isn't a lateral move. We built Loop by going all in from day one. You’ll manage and optimize our presence across Amazon and other active marketplaces, turning performance data and marketplace expertise into actions that move the needle. All yours. If you've mastered the fundamentals of marketplace execution and you're ready to break the rules that no longer work, this is where you do it.
You step into ownership. You move fast and take responsibility for what you build. You focus on work that matters, not on noise that slows things down. You’ll independently manage established marketplace activities, continuously improve how our products show up and perform, and bring marketplace insights to new market entries and broader growth initiatives.
You own day-to-day execution across assigned Amazon and other marketplace accounts, keeping listings, content, and marketplace fundamentals accurate and up to date.
You improve product discoverability and conversion through organic search, keyword optimization, product content, platform tools, and other relevant marketplace levers.
You monitor sales, traffic, conversion, organic visibility, and other agreed KPIs, turning performance data into clear insights and actions.
You stay close to marketplace algorithms, platform developments, emerging tools, competitor activity, and best practices, translating what matters into defined tests and optimizations.
You contribute to new marketplace and country entries, executing launch activities and bringing marketplace-specific customer, operational, and performance insights.
You collaborate closely with Marketplace colleagues, Marketing teams, agencies, and freelancers to deliver initiatives that improve marketplace performance and customer experience.
You coordinate assigned agency and freelancer work, giving clear briefs and feedback and resolving routine execution issues.
hide behind metrics that don’t lead to clear insights or action.
spend months polishing an optimization before testing and learning.
talk about AI without practicing it in your workflow.
We look for people who think big, stay curious, and aren’t afraid to go all in to make things happen. You’ll succeed by delivering accurate, timely marketplace execution while continuously finding ways to improve performance. You’ll use marketplace data and expertise to identify what is driving results, turn those insights into practical recommendations and tests, and measure the impact of your optimizations across sales, traffic, conversion, and organic visibility.
You bring at least 3 years of hands-on marketplace experience, including experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
You understand the marketplace performance funnel and core levers for scaling a brand, including organic search, keyword optimization, product listings, platform tools, and conversion drivers.
You can analyze marketplace KPIs, investigate performance issues, and turn what you find into practical recommendations and actions.
You’re curious about marketplace algorithms, emerging tools, competitor activity, and platform developments, and you’re comfortable testing new approaches within agreed priorities.
You work independently and know when to involve others, seeking guidance when an assignment is new, unfamiliar, or higher impact.
You build productive relationships and communicate clear insights, briefs, progress updates, and feedback to colleagues and external partners.
You have professional working proficiency in English.
You use AI regularly and intentionally in your work, knowing where it can improve quality, output, experience, or decisions and where it should not be used. You critically evaluate its outputs, catch issues before work ships, and stay accountable for the quality of AI-assisted work. We’ll explore how you use AI and the judgment you apply to its outputs during our interview process.
