Job summary

Viking Europe, based in Venlo and part of the RAJA Group, offers a Marketing Planning Internship for a 3rd year Bachelor student studying Marketing, International Business or a related field. You will join an international team focused on customer satisfaction, service, and innovation.

You’ll translate strategy into coordinated campaigns, support cross‑channel project coordination, manage schedules, track performance, and grow skills in marketing operations and analytics.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 3rd year Bachelor’s in Marketing/IB or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Proactive with problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English; German or Dutch a plus.
• Available full-time from February 2027 for a 5–6 month duration.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support the execution of marketing incentives and campaigns.
• Ensure strategic, tactical, and detailed marketing schedules are up to date.
• Collaborate with various departments to align marketing campaign execution.
• Monitor stock levels and support related planning processes.
• Keep structured tracking of marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Ensure accurate and consistent maintenance of product and campaign data across systems.
• Take on partial project management tasks.
