Job summary

Thales in Amersfoort is offering a Marketing Operations Internship to support planning, execution, and measurement of multichannel campaigns. You’ll help ensure campaigns are set up accurately in our systems and track performance from concept to results.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in Marketing or related fields, with interest in campaign management, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with email, social media, and analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Interest in campaign management and digital marketing execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with marketing channels (email, social, digital ads).
• Experience with spreadsheets and data analysis.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo or Google Analytics is a plus.
• Collaborative mindset and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution and measurement of campaigns.
• Coordinate multi-channel campaigns end-to-end.
• Ensure accurate campaign setup in internal systems.
• Track performance and derive actionable insights.
• Support training on marketing automation, CRM, and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with marketing operations and campaign managers.
