Job summary

MicroAlign in Eindhoven zoekt een Marketing Manager (deeltijds) om marketingactiviteiten dagelijk te sturen en uit te voeren. U werkt nauw samen met de CEO, CTO, sales en engineers om complexe technologieën omzetgericht te vertalen naar boeiende campagnes en content die onze commerciële groei ondersteunt.

U beheert de website en landingspagina's, ontwikkelt nieuwsbrieven, klantverhalen en datasheets, en zet e-mailmarketing, downloads en formulieren op.

Responsibilities

• Website management: onderhoud en update van de bedrijfswebsite, landingpages maken en marketingmateriaal uploaden.
• Content creatie: nieuwsbrieven, artikelen, klantverhalen, productpagina's en datasheets.
• Digitale marketing: e-mailcampagnes plannen, resources en formulieren beheren, websiteprestaties volgen.
• Social media: LinkedIn-pagina beheren en updates, productlanceringen en hiring posts plannen.
• Conferentie- en evenementmarketing: marketingmaterialen voor internationale beurzen voorbereiden en landingspagina's coördineren.

Job Description

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and hands-on Marketing Manager to join our team and lead MicroAlign's day-to-day marketing activities. The ideal candidate will enjoy both strategic thinking and practical execution, working closely with our CEO, CTO, business development team, and engineers to translate complex technologies into compelling marketing campaigns and content that support our commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• - Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, create new landing pages, upload marketing materials, and coordinate improvements with our external web development agency.
• - Content Creation: Develop newsletters, website articles, customer stories, product pages, brochures, technical overviews, one-pagers, datasheets, and other marketing collateral.
• - Digital Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, manage downloadable resources and forms, and monitor website performance and user experience.
• - Social Media: Manage the MicroAlign LinkedIn company page, create and schedule company updates, product launches, conference announcements, hiring posts, and support technical experts with thought leadership content.
