Job summary

Aiden, located in 's-Hertogenbosch, is searching for an All-Around Marketing intern to contribute to various marketing activities. You will work closely with the marketing team, develop campaigns, and create content that strengthens our brand identity.

As an All‑Around Marketing intern at Aiden, you will be involved in various aspects of marketing. You will have the opportunity to share your ideas, learn from experienced marketers and make a real impact. You will participate fully in our marketing department and support various activities; from coming up with ideas for online and offline campaigns, supporting during (the organization of) an event, writing content, to analysing data. Working closely with our marketing team, you will develop powerful marketing campaigns that support our business objectives and strengthen our brand identity. And yes, this also includes writing an email to our clients or maintaining our social media channels. We see these tasks as a team effort.

We hope to find a (temporary) team member who excels at:

• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop (digital) campaigns with impact.
• Preparation of analyses. Think competition analysis, keyword research or customer data.
• Analyzing the performance of Aiden’s marketing activities.
• Creating original and engaging content for our website and digital channels.

• A personal, human approach that fits our brand.
• You have good communication skills, can set priorities and handle multiple projects and deadlines.
• You are pursuing an HBO degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or Business Administration.
• You are looking for an internship for at least 5 months and 32 hours per week, where you can work at least 3 working days.
• You have an affinity with technology.
• You are not afraid to work independently on projects. You are driven, and self‑directed.
• You have excellent oral and written command of the Dutch and English language.
• You can learn how to use new programs quickly, such as Microsoft and Adobe, knowledge of CMS is an advantage. Our team is here to help you learn the details of our tech stack.
• You have creative thinking skills and an eye for detail.
• You are flexible and respond to the priorities of the day.
