Pearl Abyss Europe B.V. is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our European Publishing Office. You will craft compelling visuals for campaigns, social media, and print, while localizing assets for European audiences and ensuring brand consistency across channels.

Collaborate with publishing, development, video, and admin teams to deliver high-impact creative that resonates with players. With 5+ years of design experience (gaming a big plus) and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, you will

Qualifications

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Illustration (or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ design experience; gaming industry a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Attention to detail; open to feedback, meets deadlines, and can juggle multiple projects.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Create visuals for paid campaigns, social banners, thumbnails, landing pages, newsletters, and print materials.
• Localize assets for European audiences and adapt designs accordingly.
• Collaborate with publishing and development teams to meet creative objectives.
• Maintain sharp, consistent branding across all channels.
• Prepare and optimize files for both digital deployment and print production.
• Retouch and polish images to perfection.

Pearl Abyss, the studio behind the critically acclaimedBlack Desertand Crimson Desert franchise, is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Marketing Graphic Designer who will join our design team to support our European Publishing Office. In this role, you will help create innovative marketing assets that engage millions of players across PC, mobile, and console platforms.

As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with publishing and development teams to deliver impactful creative materials tailored to European audiences. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of both our current titles and upcoming releases, including DokeV, andPLAN 8.

What You’ll Do

• Create stunning visuals for paid campaigns, social banners, thumbnails, landing pages, newsletters, and print materials.
• Localize the assets and adapt designs for European audiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve creative objectives.
• Keep branding sharp and consistent across every channel.
• Prepare and optimize files for both digital deployment and print production.
• Retouch and polish images to perfection.

• Work closely with the video editing and motion design teams to create high-quality visuals for audiovisual content.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or Illustration (or equivalent).
• 5+ years’ design experience (gaming industry a big plus).
• Strong knowledge of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A creative eye with attention to detail.
• Open to feedback, quick on deadlines, and ready to juggle multiple projects.
• Full professional proficiency in English.

• Passion for video games.
• Experience in animated (HTML) marketing design.
• Korean language skills are a plus.
