Job summary

Hammer Intel is seeking a Market Analyst to strengthen the research team in Arnhem. You will perform desk research, quantitative and qualitative studies, data modeling, and (financial) analysis, while engaging directly with clients.

Requirements include a university background (0–3 years), Dutch and English proficiency, and strong analytical skills. The role supports flexible remote work and offers a competitive salary with travel allowance.

Qualifications

• University background in economics, business administration or agrotechnology; 0–3 years experience.
• Curiosity, enthusiasm and an ambitious mindset plus willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a highly paced environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and business English is a must.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative).
• Experience with Excel, Thinkcell and SPSS is preferred.
• Programming (Python, R) or BI (Power BI/Tableau) skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct desk research and quantitative/qualitative analyses.
