Job summary

A leading maritime innovation accelerator in Rotterdam is seeking a Startup Analyst intern to identify and support promising maritime start-ups and scale-ups. You will work with the Acceleration team to scout innovations and guide potential candidates through the onboarding process. The role requires strong analytical skills, confidence in outreach, and a genuine interest in sustainable maritime technology. Compensation is €575 per month based on 36 hours per week, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in advanced phases of studies in Business, Economics, Innovation Management, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Analytical and commercial mindset for outreach efforts.
• Interest in maritime technology and sustainable innovation.

Responsibilities

• Scout and identify promising maritime start‑ups and scale‑ups.
• Evaluate start‑ups using PortXL’s assessment framework.
• Build relationships with founders and guide them through the pipeline.
• Attend industry events to represent PortXL.
