Job summary

Atos Amplify Smart Industry in Amstelveen leads complex manufacturing IT programs, guiding end-to-end transformation across ERP, MES/MOM, and digital initiatives. You connect business goals with delivery, governance and measurable outcomes, aligning across processes, data and partners.

You will drive program architecture, oversee multi-country engagements, and coach diverse teams while engaging senior stakeholders. Dutch and English fluency are essential for success in this client-facing role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a program manager or engagement leader for complex transformations.
• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary delivery across workstreams, suppliers, and geographies.
• Excellent governance, planning, and benefits realization capabilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; able to operate with senior management.
• Experience in pre-sales and opportunity shaping with delivery context.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex manufacturing IT programs from definition through execution and value realization.
• Maintain end-to-end overview of the manufacturing IT landscape and dependencies.
• Establish pragmatic program structures, roadmaps, governance and reporting.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders and translate objectives into priorities.
• Drive delivery performance across teams, suppliers and boundaries with accountable ownership.
• Lead workshops, assessments and program reviews to align scope and execution.
• Navigate stakeholder environments, resolve escalations and maintain commitment.
• Shape a coherent program approach across Atos capabilities and industry insight.
• Support pre-sales and business development with delivery experience and industry knowledge.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to extend engagements.
