Job summary

NXP Semiconductors NV is seeking a Fab Operator to support silicon wafer manufacturing in a cleanroom environment. You will attain certification to process all production and engineering materials exactly as SOPs require, and ensure equipment qualification prior to use.

You will apply SPC techniques to monitor processes and maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area, contributing to high-quality output and compliant operations in a fast-paced fabrication facility.

Fab Operators are expected to attain certification to process all production and engineering material exactly as specified in the Standard Operating Procedures, ensure that process equipment meets the required qualifications prior to use, utilize statistical process control (SPC) techniques, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the work area.
