Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Background in construction, modular construction, technical services or project-driven organizations.
• Proven commercial and business development experience.
• Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong project management, financial and operational capabilities.
• Experience with Business Central and/or 4PS is an advantage.
• Experience in safety-critical environments and knowledge of VCA.
• Strong KPI and performance management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial growth strategies.
• Deliver revenue and order intake targets.
• Build strategic customer relationships and lead key accounts.
• Identify new markets and business opportunities.
• Lead tenders and contract negotiations.
• Drive cross-selling and long-term customer partnerships.
• Monitor market and competitor developments.
• Lead construction and retail project delivery.
• Manage capacity, workforce and resource planning.
• Ensure safe, on-time, on-budget and high-quality delivery.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Logistics, Installation, Service and Operations.
• Improve project margins, productivity and operational efficiency.
• Strengthen project governance and customer focus.
• Lead and develop 13 direct reports and approximately 55 employees.
• Coach managers and supervisors.
• Drive talent development, succession planning and performance management.
• Improve engagement, collaboration and retention.
• Lead organizational change and build a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Promote a strong Safety First culture.
• Ensure VCA and legislative compliance.
• Lead safety audits, inspections and improvement actions.
• Manage operational and project risks.
• Support incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Ensure contractor compliance and visible safety leadership.
• Drive process standardization and operational improvement.
• Optimize Microsoft Business Central and/or 4PS.
• Develop KPI-driven management and improve forecasting/reporting.
• Lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support digital transformation and WES 4.0 implementation.
