A university degree, preferably in a legal, business, or technical field, such as — but not limited to — information management, data science, AI, information law, or information sciences.
5to 6 years of relevant work experience in privacy and digital regulation, such as the AI Act, NIS2, DMA and DSA;
Demonstrableexperienceinanalysingand applying requirements from laws and regulations, and in applying or translating them into practical measures, processes, or implementation actions;
Experience leading projects or larger workstreams, including planning, scope, budget, quality,prioritiesand risk management;
Strong analytical and communication skills, a pragmatic and results-oriented mindset, and the ability to clearly translate complex issues into actions;
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to engage effectively with legal, compliance, risk,businessand technical stakeholders;
Commercial acumen and experience with, or demonstrable interest in, developing client relationships, proposals,propositionsand new opportunities;
Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
Certifications such as CIPP/e or CIPM are a plus but not required.
You advise clients on the applicability, compliance requirements and risks of digital laws and regulations, and implement executable measures at clientorganisations;
You lead projects and focus on planning, stakeholdermanagementand quality assurance;
You guide clients onorganisational,legaland technical questions related to digital regulation;
You build client relationships and helpidentifyand develop commercial opportunities;
You guide and coach less experienced colleagues and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team;
Youmonitormarket developments and translate them into relevant, concrete client solutions and propositions.

As a Manager within the Digital Regulations & Privacy team, you will have a leading role in projects related to digital regulation, AIregulationand privacy. You will advise clients on, among other things, strategic and operational questions and translate policy frameworks into executable measures that you will also implement at different clients.
You willbe responsible formanaging project teams, safeguarding quality and progress, andmaintainingstrong client relationships. In addition, you will actively contribute to business development, knowledgedevelopmentand coaching colleagues within the team.
