PwC Nederland in Eindhoven seeks a Manager Accounting, Reporting & Compliance to help clients stay in control of statutory reporting and compliance across national and international entities. You will lead a portfolio of clients and guide the design of financial processes.

You will develop the team of (Senior) Associates, translate strategy into execution, and collaborate with colleagues across PwC to deliver high-quality reporting and advisory services in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Completed university or bachelor’s degree in a financial field.
• At least 6–8 years of relevant work experience in accountancy or financial control.
• Strong numerical ability, analytical mindset, and quick connections.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

What will you be doing?

As Manager Accounting, Reporting & Compliance you will help companies to be 'in control' of their compliance and reporting processes. Because you will gain experience in many different companies, you will develop yourself in advising on the optimization of financial and administrative processes, the design and preparation of financial reports and taking care of the broad compliance for (multinational) companies, such as the preparation of the annual accounts. You are therefore engaged in a variety of activities and can develop yourself to your full potential. In addition, you will have ample opportunity to work with colleagues with other areas of expertise within PwC.

In the role of Manager Accounting, Reporting & Compliance, you are the first point of contact for your clients, making the maintenance of client relationships one of your most important responsibilities. Alongside other (Senior) Managers, you are responsible for translating strategy into execution. You also play a central role in the further development of the team of (Senior) Associates. You are given the space to contribute your ideas to elevate our services to a higher level, thus bringing out the best in yourself and your colleagues.

These are your main responsibilities

• You manage a portfolio of clients for whom we are responsible for the statutory compliance and reporting of both national and international enterprises;
• You are involved in the financial accounting & business controlling activities of clients;
• You play an active role in the professional and personal development of the team of (Senior) Associates;
• You advise clients on the design of financial administrative processes as well as issues regarding reporting rules;
• You translate strategy into execution, playing a role in client acquisition, service development, and improvement of internal processes.
