• Support inventory management activities, including receiving stock counts and reporting discrepancies.

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and empathetically
• Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining professional behavior and appearance standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Cash handling experience and accuracy with financial transactions
• Passion for fashion and familiarity with current trends (preferred)
• Multilingual capabilities, particularly Dutch and English (preferred)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required by store operations

• Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Speaking dutch is mendatory
