Job summary

Picnic is seeking an experienced technician for our new Fulfilment Center in Dordrecht/Ridderkerk to maintain and service intralogistics systems from Apollo, Qimarox and Regal Rexnord. The role operates in a 24/7, 5‑shift rotation, with responsibility for keeping equipment running and coaching junior colleagues to raise the team performance.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, work with machine suppliers, perform preventive maintenance, and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Technical degree (MBO level 3+) required.
• 2–3 years of experience in a technical or maintenance role.
• Practical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; familiarity with CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in intralogistics systems.
• Collaborate directly with machine suppliers to resolve issues.
• Analyze recurring faults and implement improvements.
• Plan and perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Drive continuous optimization to improve system efficiency.
