Job summary

VDL TIM Hapert zoekt een onderhoudstechnicus voor een vijfploegendienst. Je onderhoudt en repareert de moderne productielijn en zorgt voor een continue productie in Hapert, met focus op storingsvrij functioneren.

Je voert preventief onderhoud uit, verhelpt storingen snel en draagt bij aan procesverbeteringen. Werken in een internationaal familiebedrijf met een informele sfeer behoort tot de mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Technische vaardigheden en bereidheid tot werken in een 5-ploegendienst.
• MBO-diploma vereist of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring met onderhoud en storingsanalyse is een pre.

Responsibilities

• Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan de productielijn en gerelateerde machines.
• Storingsdiagnose en snelle oplossing van technische problemen.
• Overdragen van informatie aan collega’s bij handover.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en technische oplossingen.

Maintenance Technician (5-Shift System) Are you technically skilled and do you enjoy helping to keep our modern robotic production line running smoothly? At VDL TIM Hapert, we process components for trucks and forklifts using innovative manufacturing technologies. In this role, you and your colleagues from the Maintenance Team are responsible for ensuring the continuous operation of the entire production line, 24/7. Does this sound interesting to you? As a Maintenance Technician, you play a crucial role within our organization. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for keeping our machinery and production equipment operating at peak performance in our state-of-the-art production facility. Your main responsibilities include carrying out maintenance activities and resolving technical malfunctions.

Your tasks include:

• Performing maintenance and repairs on our production line and related machinery.
• Advising on repair solutions and maintenance improvements.
• Independently troubleshooting and resolving technical breakdowns.
• Ensuring a proper handover of information to colleagues.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements and creative technical solutions.
