Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams in a 24/7 automated environment.
• Proven ability to manage preventive maintenance and reliability KPIs.
• Strong organisational and coaching skills for multi-shift operations.

Responsibilities

• Create, adjust and optimise the maintenance schedule for a 24/7 automated site.
• Lead and coach five team leaders across shifts; this is a day-position.
• Prioritise daily activities, ensure safety and plan adherence.
• Monitor KPI such as uptime and preventive maintenance compliance.
• Collaborate with planners, operations and external stakeholders (Bol./CEVA).
• Drive maintenance process improvements and CMMS usage.
• Maintain safety and quality as top priorities.
