Job summary

Lanza Jobs is seeking a Maintenance Engineer in Horst, NL to ensure machinery and technical installations operate safely, reliably and efficiently. The role involves preventive and corrective maintenance within a dedicated team, with a focus on safety and professional development.

You will perform mechanical and electrical work, troubleshoot faults, and contribute to improvements in production processes. The position offers a full-time 38-hour week, on-site with a starting salary from €3,294

Qualifications

• Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Breakdown Engineer, Maintenance Technician or in a similar technical role.
• Experience with both mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Technical insight and a solution-oriented approach.
• Independent with initiative; safety-conscious and responsible.
• Keen to develop skills; true team player.

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and installations.
• Analyse and resolve technical faults.
• Perform mechanical and electrical work.
• Contribute ideas for improvements to machinery and production processes.
• Improve reliability and performance of systems.
• Work according to safety and quality procedures.
• Support work in mechanics, electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
• Contribute to renovation and modernization projects for technical systems.
