Job summary

PostNL Zwolle is seeking a reliable mail sorter to handle the festive period. You will operate sorting equipment, check labels and route mail to the correct addresses.

Company offers flexible, part-time shifts (minimum three per week), travel expense allowance, and a €14.99/hour gross rate with 20–40% shift bonuses. Own transport required; Dutch and/or English understood.

Job description

The holidays are just not the same without a nice string of cards hanging on the wall. Delivering all of these cards on time every year is quite the chore! That’s why PostNL Zwolle could really use your help as a mail sorter.

Good to know! After 1 December, we expect an increase in work related to the festive season. From then on, more services will be available.

What will you need at least?

• Own transport, because the location cannotbe reached by public transport
• Availability of at least 15 hours per week from Monday to Friday
• Goodunderstanding of the Dutch and/or Englishlanguage

What will you be doing?

Sorting mail! You do this using a sorting machine. You check, label and sort all mail so that it can be delivered to the right address.

What do you get out of it?

• Gross salary of €14.99 per hour (excluding shift bonus)
• Shift bonuses between 20% and 40% (depending on the shift)
• Flexible, part-time position of at least three shifts a week (if you want and there is work available, we will be happy to schedule you more!)
• Travel expense allowance in accordance with the PostNL collective labour agreement

Earn a €100 net referral bonus! This is how it works: you propose someone who would also like to work as a mail sorter at PostNL. If you have both been working for at least two weeks, the bonus will be credited to your account!

• Availability of at least three shifts per week
• At least seventeen years old (you must be at least eighteen years old to work evening and/or night shifts)
• Good enough understanding of the Dutch and/or Englishlanguage to be able to comprehend the safety instructions
• Able to perform physically heavier work, as you mainly work standing up and lift parcels up to fifteen kilograms
• Own transport to get to the work location (such as a car, scooter or bicycle), as it is not possible to reachthe sorting center by public transport
• Able to provide a VOG (Certificate of Conduct)
