Atena Group is seeking warehouse staff in Oldenzaal, Netherlands, to manage e-commerce orders, returns, and inbound/outbound logistics. You will verify incoming goods, unpack, and store items correctly. Additional duties include packing for transport, operating order-picking machinery, and assisting with store goods reconditioning.

The role runs on a morning shift, Monday through Friday, with weekends free. Accommodation and insurance provisions are available.

Formación

• Minimum education: High school (incomplete).

• Assist with collection of customer orders for e-commerce and prepare orders for shipping.
• Process returns and inbound goods verification, unpacking and placement in correct location.
• Handle outbound loading of boxes into trucks.
• Operate FP (flat pack machine/OPT order pick truck) to collect orders.
• Assist withNTG (non-trading goods) handling (ads, signs, etc.).
• Reconditioning (Recon) of goods and assist with inventory checks; lifting and carrying as needed.
• Support GOH (goods on hangers) flow and prepare items for transport.
• Work morning shift, Monday to Friday; weekends off.

Working a big factory hall with all departments. Temperatures are normal. Employees can wear their own clothes but need a safety vest over it to be visible. On your first day you will get a tour to see all departments and you will be assessed there what specific job position fits you best. This will take up to 1 hour.

Training starts the next day.

Job title:

E-commerce: You are responsible for collection customer orders. You also then make the orders ready for shipping. There are also many returns which need to be processed. Inboud (incoming goods). The goods coming in have to be verified, unpacked and put in the correct location.

Outbound: Boxes have to be loaded into trucks.

FP (flat pack machine/OPT order pick truck): Collecting of orders with the help of a machine.

NTG Non trading goods: goods that are needed in the store, and not sold. All related matters (ads, flyers, signs etc)

Recon (Reconditionering) Goods are unpacked from boxes and put on the production tables. (lifting and carrying). After 15:00 hours processing for inventory can be suspended if needed.

GOH Goods on hangers: Hanging goods flow into the company. Collect, distribute on the machine and make ready for transport.

You will work only morning shift Monday - Friday only. Weekends are free

Salary from 14,71€/hour for anyone

Accommodation: We provide accommodation with bathrooms in bungalows, brick bungalows or hotels. Rooms are either 2-bedded. Self-catering. Kitchens are available in the cottages. The weekly cost of accommodation is €149 euro brutto. After 3 months of contract it is possible to change it to private accommodation.

Insurance: Every employee is insured in the Netherlands. The cost of the insurance is €38,02/week. The insurance covers all medical care except dental care. In addition, we offer a service charge of €3.23 /week. It includes the possibility of taking advantage of the health care allowance. The amount of the allowance is 132 euro/month, paid to your account quarterly after conversion into individual months. Insurance without personal risk!

Mobility: With this contribution (€15) we provide: transport to the doctor, costs related to changing accommodation, trips to obtain a BSN sofi number, insurance service as well as Flex Support activities and services.on.
