CUPSZ in Tilburg is seeking a Machine Operator to join a young, energetic team in a modern production environment. You will handle loading materials, set up machines, and turn raw materials into finished cups with a focus on quality.

The role offers two shifts (morning and afternoon/evening) for a 38-hour week, a monthly salary of 2,500–2,950 EUR gross, and opportunities to grow as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Experience operating machines in a production environment.
• Ability to set up machines and adjust for cups/packaging.
• Technical know-how to fix minor malfunctions.
• Good command of Dutch or English in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machine equipment in a modern print shop.
• Load semi-finished materials and adjust machines for cup formation.
• Perform quality control and test with sample liquids.
• Support continuous improvement and teamwork in a growing operation.
