Interface, located in Scherpenzeel, Netherlands, seeks a Machine Operator to operate, adjust and optimize modern production lines for carpet tile manufacturing. You will work in a 3-shift schedule and actively contribute to a safe, efficient and high-quality production process.

Qualifications

• Client requires accurate and reliable work.
• Ability to quickly take on new tasks.
• Clear communication with colleagues (NL, basic EN is sufficient).
• Experience as an operator is a bonus but not required.
• You fit well in a production environment.
• You are prepared to work in a 3-shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust and changeover machines.
• Prevent and resolve technical faults.
• Monitor product quality.
• Perform checks and record results.
• Identify improvement opportunities.
