Job summary

Groene Hart Service Personeelsdiensten verzorgt de werving voor een machine-operator bij een internationale fabrikant van bouwmaterialen in Geldermalsen. Je werkt met moderne productielijnen, bedient en monitort apparatuur en draagt bij aan kwaliteitscontrole.

De functie is fulltime tijdens dagdienst, met een salaris van €2.856–€3.399 brut per maand volgens de Nederlandse Metaalbewerkingscao. Bieden 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen, training tot €2.500 en uitzicht op vast contract na één jaar.

Qualifications

• Ervaring als machine operator vereist.
• Forklift-ervaring vereist.
• Engels vloeiend spreken.
• Betrouwbaar, nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk.
• Woonachtig in Geldermalsen of omgeving.
• Fysiek fit en bereid praktische taken uit te voeren.

Responsibilities

• Bedien en bewaak productie-installaties en machines.
• Vervoer van grondstoffen naar de productielijn met heftruck.
• Controleer productieproces en zorg dat producten aan kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.
• Voer basisonderhoud uit en los kleine storingen op.
• Beheer de grondstoffenvoorraad en houd productie operationeel.
• Assisteren bij handmatige taken zoals tillen van zakken en lichte materialen.

Wat ga je doen?

Looking for a full-time machine operator job in the Netherlands? You don't need to speak Dutch to apply. English is used for daily communication on the work floor. As a production operator - building materials, you will work with modern production equipment to manufacture high-quality construction materials such as concrete and stone products. You will operate production installations, transport raw materials, monitor the production process, and help keep the machines running efficiently. As a production operator, you will:

• Operate and monitor production machines and installations
• Transport raw materials to the production line using a forklift
• Monitor the production process and ensure products meet quality standards
• Perform basic maintenance and solve minor mechanical issues
• Manage raw material stock and keep production running smoothly
• Assist with manual tasks such as lifting bags and other light materials when needed

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 07:15 - 16:15.

For this machine operator position, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a machine operator
• Has forklift driving experience
• Speaks English fluently
• Is reliable, accurate, and takes responsibility
• Live in Geldermalsen or nearby
• Is physically fit and willing to perform practical tasks
