Job summary

Altrex in Zwolle is seeking a machine operator to work in a modern production environment. The role involves setting up punching, stamping and sawing machines, ensuring product quality, and resolving minor issues in a 2- or 3-shift system.

The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3.047,36 including shift allowance, travel expense reimbursement, and a path to permanent employment. Full-time (40 hours/week) with pension accrual and access to training through Manpower Academy are included.

Qualifications

• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Good command of Dutch, or English with willingness to learn Dutch.
• Technical affinity through work experience or hobbies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Setting up machines for punching, stamping, and sawing.
• Inspecting the quality of the finished product.
• Resolving minor malfunctions independently.
• Supplying materials to the machine.
• Preparing materials for the next shift.
• Assisting in other parts of the production process if needed.
