Qualifications

• Minimum of three years and a maximum of five years’ work experience as M&A analyst, associate or consultant.

Responsibilities

• Performing company and market analyses.
• Preparing valuations and bid books.
• Meeting potential buyers and sellers.
• Approaching new buyers and sellers.
