What You Will Be Doing Day-to-Day

You’ll be the voice and digital point of contact for customers across Belgium and the Netherlands, keeping their shopping experience smooth and effortless.

• Digital Customer Support:Handle customer inquiries primarily throughwritten Email and Chat, with some phone support.
• Real Problem Solving:Help shoppers with order tracking, order delivery updates, damaged items, and size exchanges.
• Modern Tools:Work with standard CRM platforms and 3 to 5 internal systems to deliver fast, top-tier service.

• Languages:Native or C1-levelDutch + solid conversationalEnglish (B2)for training and system navigation.
• Skills:Strong written communication skills in Dutch, comfortable typing speed, and decent computer knowledge.
• Mindset:Enthusiastic, open-minded, ready to learn, and excited about moving abroad!
• No experience? No problem. Previous retail, sales, or customer support experience is a bonus, but your positive attitude and drive to learn matter most!
