Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks an AI‑native Long‑Form Content Writer based in the Netherlands. You will manage AI agents to research, draft, and refresh publishable, 1,500+ word articles with rigorous editorial judgment.

Focus areas include AEO/SEO, answer-first structures, FAQs, schema-ready formatting, and internal linking. You’ll monitor performance across Google and AI answer engines, ensuring accuracy and measurable improvements in content production and visibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in long-form content writing, optimization, SEO, and/or AEO with portfolio.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for research, generation, editing and optimization.
• Ability to produce 1,500+ word articles at scale with quality.
• Experience with traditional SEO and emerging AEO strategies including FAQs, schema, internal linking.
• Experience using SEO performance platforms such as Google Search Console or ClickFlow.
• Strong research, analytical, and fact-checking skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and continuously improve AI-powered workflows and agent systems for content research, drafting, editing, and refreshing.
• Produce and deliver high-quality, publish-ready long-form articles of at least 1,500 words at a consistent and scalable pace.
• Optimize existing content for AEO and SEO, including answer-first introductions, FAQ sections, structured headings, schema-ready formatting, internal linking, and metadata.
• Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and reliability of all published content by verifying sources, checking facts, and removing unsupported claims.
• Use search performance and visibility data to identify content opportunities, prioritize updates, and batch refresh activities.
• Develop and implement repeatable batch-refresh workflows for other team members.
• Monitor content performance across Google and AI-powered answer engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Track workflow efficiency, production output, editorial quality, and accuracy to improve content creation processes.
• Deliver measurable results through increased content production, improved search visibility, and stronger AI citations.

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Long-Form Content Writer (AEO/SEO) based in Netherlands.

We are looking for an AI-native content specialist who can combine advanced AI workflows with strong editorial judgment to produce high-quality, long‑form content at scale. In this role, you will manage AI agents and tools to research, draft, optimize, and refresh content that performs across traditional search engines and emerging AI‑powered answer platforms. You will take ownership of content accuracy, structure, and visibility, ensuring every piece delivers clear, reliable, answer‑first information. Working with SEO and AEO strategies, you will help strengthen organic reach and increase the likelihood of content being referenced by AI platforms. You will also continuously improve automated workflows to increase production efficiency without compromising editorial standards. Accountabilities:

• Design, manage, and continuously improve AI‑powered workflows and agent systems for content research, drafting, editing, and refreshing.

• Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and reliability of all published content by verifying sources, checking facts, and removing unsupported or unverifiable claims.
• Use search performance and visibility data to identify content opportunities, prioritize existing articles for updates, and organize refresh activities into efficient batches.
• Develop and implement repeatable batch‑refresh workflows that can be adopted and used effectively by other team members.
• Monitor content performance across Google and AI‑powered answer engines, including ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
• Track workflow efficiency, production output, editorial quality, and accuracy to continuously improve the content creation process.
• Deliver measurable results through increased content production, improved search visibility, and stronger AI answer engine citations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in long‑form content writing, content optimization, SEO, and/or AEO, with a portfolio demonstrating published work.
• Strong hands‑on experience using AI tools and agents for research, content generation, editing, and optimization. Candidates should be comfortable designing and operating their own AI workflows rather than simply using basic AI writing assistants.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high‑quality articles of 1,500 words or more while maintaining consistency, accuracy, and editorial standards at scale.
• Practical knowledge of traditional SEO and emerging AEO strategies, including search intent, answer‑first content structures, FAQs, schema‑ready formatting, internal linking, and content optimization for AI‑generated answers.
• Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, ClickFlow, or comparable SEO and content performance platforms.
• Strong research, analytical, and fact‑checking skills, with the ability to identify unreliable sources, verify statistics, and reject AI‑generated content that does not meet quality standards.
• Ability to demonstrate measurable improvements in content production efficiency, including reduced research, drafting, editing, and fact‑checking time.
• Excellent written English, editorial judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to structure complex information into clear, engaging, and useful content.
• A proactive, autonomous, and data‑driven mindset, with a strong interest in continuously experimenting with AI tools and improving workflows.
• Ability to demonstrate real examples of AI‑assisted content creation, including published articles, working agent workflows, and a clear explanation of the human contribution versus AI‑generated work.
• Experience limited exclusively to social media, video, or short‑form copywriting will not be sufficient for this position.
