Job summary

Søstrene Grene zoekt een logistiek magazijnoperator voor het magazijn in Venlo. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor ontvangst en opslag van goederen, orderpicking en verzending naar winkels en online klanten.

Je werkt aan een veilige en efficiënte goederenstroom en participeert in onboarding en training. De functie biedt een fulltime dienstverband (37 uur/week) via Manpower, met ontwikkelingskansen via de Manpower Academy, reiskostenvergoeding en aanvullende vergoedingen.

Responsibilities

• Ontvangst, controle en opslag van inkomende goederen.

• Bedienen van magazijnapparatuur, inclusief vorkheftrucks (indien gecertificeerd).

As a logistics warehouse operator, you are responsible for an efficient and safe process of goods receipt, storage, and shipping from the Søstrene Grene warehouse. You play an important role in supplying stores and fulfilling online orders.

During your workday, you will be involved in:

• Receiving, checking, and storing incoming stock
• Picking and packing orders for stores and online customers
• Loading and unloading trucks safely
• Performing stock checks and inventories
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts (if certified)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy working environment
• Driving the reach truck is not a standard part of your duties, but it may occur if necessary.

Working hours

In this position, you work during daytime hours. The start time is 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM; this will be determined later in consultation. You can indicate your preference, but the final schedule depends on staffing. The working hours are 8.5 hours per day.

In the long term, you will mainly be working in the morning shift.

Training and onboarding

Before starting, you will follow a two-week onboarding and training program. During this period:

• You get to know the way of working at Søstrene Grene and the safety requirements
• You learn everything needed to perform your work independently and correctly
• You get to know your new colleagues, so you are well prepared to start
