Job summary

Ferrari Logistics Netherlands B.V. in Rozenburg is looking for a motivated Junior Logistics Planner to coordinate daily operations, serve as the key link between drivers, customers and internal teams, and ensure transports are planned efficiently with accurate documentation and on-time deliveries in a dynamic, international setting.

You will gain hands-on experience with ERP and TMS systems, learn transport planning and customer service, and develop your Dutch and English communication skills

Qualifications

• MBO level education or equivalent and good thinking ability.
• Genuine interest in logistics and transport planning.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Clear communication with drivers, customers and colleagues.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Calm and focused when priorities change or in unexpected situations.
• Good computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
• Previous experience in logistics or transport is a plus but not essential.
• Valid work permit to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Daily Planning & Transport: Scheduling routes; Booking shipments; Checking capacity.
• Administration & Systems: Data entry in ERP or TMS; Verifying documents (AWBs, EDD, customs); POD management for Domestic and Import.
• Communication & Customer Service: Dispatching drivers; Updating customers on status; Problem-solving delays or damages; Coordinate events and stakeholder communication.
