Job summary

Start People is seeking a Logistics & Packaging Employee in Breda to support daily packaging operations. You will package and inspect products, prepare shipments, and scan items using computer systems.

The role requires lifting up to 13 kg and maintaining a clean, safe workspace, working closely with teammates. We value proactive, detail-oriented professionals who can perform repetitive tasks accurately and speak Dutch and/or English.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast paced packaging environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks.
• Basic computer skills for label printing and scanning.
• Fluent or working knowledge of Dutch and/or English.

Responsibilities

• Package and inspect products according to quality standards.
• Prepare products for shipment and distribution.
• Move and lift products up to 13 kg.
• Print labels and scan products using computer systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Work closely with colleagues to keep production running smoothly.
• Adhere to a 2-shift schedule: 05:45–14:15 and 14:30–23:00.
