Your role in our shared journey

Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by gaining hands‑on experience in logistics operations across multiple departments, supporting both inbound and outbound processes. You'll play a key role in managing goods flow from factories to our distribution centre network, whilst developing essential documentation, reports, and performance indicators that support critical business decision‑making throughout our European logistics operations.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Oversee the movement of goods from factories to the Distribution Centre Network, managing the complete inbound flow process.
• Develop and maintain carrier Standard Operating Procedures, shipping instructions, and loading guidelines for carriers and vendors.
• Create, revamp, and maintain logistics reports that analyse inbound and outbound data to support business decision‑making.
• Review and update all process‑related manuals and documentation to ensure accurate and current operational procedures.
• Establish processes for managing retail‑related claims and develop Key Performance Indicators to measure logistics performance.

You have the following skills:

• Logistics knowledge in sea, air, and road transportation.
• Good understanding of external transportation systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Analytical thinking with a solution‑oriented and proactive approach.
• Currently enrolled in a University degree programme in The Netherlands.
• Availability from February for 5-6 months.
