Job summary

YoungCapital is hiring a logistics engineer in Halfweg, Netherlands, to manage parcel flows and ensure operational efficiency at PostNL. Responsibilities include sorting parcels, managing discrepancies, and maintaining warehouse organization. The role offers flexible working hours from Monday to Saturday, with a base salary of €14.71/hour, plus holiday pay and potential bonuses. Qualifications

• Responsible for a clean, organized, and error-free warehouse.
• Physical energy and enjoyment of standing and moving equipment.
• Available every Monday morning.
• Arrive at the Halfweg location by 7:15 AM sharp.
• Minimum age 18 and able to provide a VOG.

Responsibilities

• Stack parcels onto sorting belts and move roll containers (RCs) to their designated spots.
• Collect error parcels from bins, scan them to identify issues, repair damaged parcels, and return them to the process.
• Distribute SKP bags to the correct sorting lanes and bring corrected parcels to drivers or the induction area.
• Act as a link between the planning office and drivers when deviations occur.
• After sorting, organize RCs, attach correct labels, and ensure the warehouse and outdoor area are swept and tidy.
