Job summary

FedEx op Schiphol zoekt een logistiek medewerker die ’s ochtends vroeg aan de slag gaat. Je werkt met internationale collega’s en zorgt ervoor dat pakketten tijdig en veilig vertrekken. Het team is energiek en er is een internationale werksfeer.

Taken omvatten laden/lossen, labels lezen/plaatsen, pakketten scannen en verzegelen, en samenwerken om doelen te behalen. Werktijden 05:00–11:00, tot 23 kg tillen, proactieve hands-on houding vereist.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid van maandag t/m vrijdag ochtends (05:00–11:00)
• Fysiek werk vereist: tillen tot 23 kg
• Proactieve en hands-on houding
• Goede beheersing van Engels of Nederlands
• Foresight met heftruck/EPT-certificaat is een pré

Responsibilities

• Laden en lossen van bestelwagens, op tijd vertrekken waarb nodig
• Pakketten hanteren op en af de transportband
• Labels plaatsen en lezen zodat alles naar de juiste plek gaat
• Pakketten scannen en verzegelen voor verzending
• Samenwerken met collega's om gezamenlijke doelen te bereiken

As a logistics employee, you play an important role in the process. You ensure that everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and that packages reach their destination safely and on time. You will work early mornings alongside colleagues from different countries, creating an energetic and diverse work atmosphere. No day is the same due to the fast-paced environment. You are an essential part of the team and directly contribute to the success of the logistics process!

Your tasks:

• Loading and unloading vans, ensuring everything departs on time;
• Handling packages on and off the conveyor belt;
• Placing and reading labels – making sure everything goes to the right place;
• Scanning and sealing packages for safe shipment;
• Working together with colleagues to achieve goals.
