Job summary

Workster in Velsen-Noord zoekt een logistiek medewerker om de stroom van goederen te waarborgen, van ontvangst tot verzending. Je werkt mee aan de opbouwfase; nu één ploeg en vanaf begin 2027 drie ploegen.

Je krijgt training, doorgroeimogelijkheden naar teamleider of projectmanager, en een marktconform salaris tussen €2.700 en €3.450 per maand plus reiskostenvergoeding.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels.
• Ervaring in productie, recycling of logistiek is een plus.
• Vorkheftruckcertificaat is een plus (verlopen is goed, we regelen vernieuwing).

Responsibilities

• Ontvangen en controleren van inkomende goederen
• Orderpicken, verpakken en verzending voorbereiden
• Materialen bewegen naar en van de Ecosteryl-lijn
• Magazijn en werkplek georganiseerd houden
• Veiligheid- en kwaliteitsnormen volgen en meedenken over verbeteringen

Job description

At Workster in Velsen-Noord you, as a Logistics Employee, keep the flow of goods moving. From receiving incoming goods to preparing the outgoing flow for shipment: you make sure everything is correct and in the right place on time. You join during the build-up phase, with one shift now and two shifts from early 2027, so there is plenty of chance to grow.

Wat ga je doen?

• Receive and check incoming goods
• Pick orders, pack and prepare shipments
• Move material to and from the Ecosteryl processing line
• Keep the warehouse and your workplace organised
• Work according to the safety and quality standards and think along about improvements

Wat vragen we?

• A good command of Dutch or English, both spoken and written
• At least an MBO working and thinking level
• Experience in production, recycling or logistics is a plus
• A forklift certificate is a plus (expired is fine, we will arrange the renewal)
• You are precise, reliable and happy to roll up your sleeves
• Starters are welcome, we train you fully
