Job summary

DHL Aviation Eindhoven zoekt een logistiek medewerker voor de DDI-warehouse op Eindhoven Airport. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem en sorteert, scant en bereidt zendingen voor verzending overal ter wereld voor.

De functie vereist weinig formele diploma's, maar wel leergierigheid, betrouwbaarheid en fysieke paraatheid. Werken bij een internationaal team met doorgroeimogelijkheden en een vast contract behoren tot de mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaar voor een 2-shiftsysteem: 15:30–00:00 of 22:00–06:00.
• Woonachtig in of nabij Eindhoven, met goede toegang tot de luchthaven.
• Geen diploma vereist, maar leergierigheid en betrouwbaarheid.
• Fysiek fit en comfortabel met actief, staand werk en tillen.
• Teamspeler met duidelijke communicatie in Nederlands of Engels.
• Klaar voor een VOG vóór indiensttreding.

Responsibilities

• Pakketten sorteren op bestemming, formaat en type zending.
• Zendingen scannen met barcode scanners en controleren in het systeem.
• Rollcontainers en pallets bouwen, verplaatsen en gereed maken voor verzending.
• Technische werking van de team en deadlines ondersteunen tijdens drukke periodes.
• Veiligheidsinstructies volgen en werkgebied schoon, georganiseerd en opgeruimd houden.

Working hours: Full-time, 36–40 hours per week (2‑shift system)

Location: DHL Aviation, Eindhoven

Hourly wage: €15.30–€19.89 per hour (including allowances of up to 30%)

Would you like to work evenings and nights, stay physically active, and be part of a fixed team ensuring shipments reach destinations around the world on time? As a logistics employee in the DDI Warehouse at DHL Aviation at Eindhoven Airport, you will work in a 2‑shift system (15:30–00:00 and 22:00–06:00). You will be part of a well‑organized process in which packages are sorted, scanned, and prepared for departure. You will work with modern sorting systems, clear procedures, and schedules that are announced at least 4 weeks in advance. This allows you to easily combine your shifts with your personal life, studies, or family. Together with a close‑knit, international team, you will ensure that every shipment continues safely, completely, and on time through the logistics chain

• Sort packages based on destination, size, and type of shipment.
• Scan shipments using barcode scanners and check the information in the system.
• Build, move, and prepare roll containers and pallets for shipment.
• Work closely with your team to meet deadlines and support each other during busy periods.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep your work area clean, organized, and tidy.

• 2-shift system: 38–40 hours per week, weekdays only
